Insulating curtains or thermal curtains refers to panels of different fabrics and designs that blocks light from outside and at the same time enhances the process of heating the interior while acting as a coolant. This they achieve through maintaining the heat or cold in the house by regulating the amount of air coming in/out of the house.

This is more pronounce than most other materials known to reduce noise because they have a NRC, which is a measure of noise resistance of 0.7 or 70% noise absorption Therefore while the thermal curtains plays a major a major part in noise reduction and temperature loss, the soundproof curtains reduces noise in a far bigger way, the combination of the two creates a perfectly peaceful environment.
